Picl Animation is based in Chapter Arts Centre, a multi-artform venue and social space in Canton, West Cardiff, which is home to many members of Cardiff's creative community.

Chapter is roughly 27 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station or 11 minutes walk from Ninian Park Station. Wheelchair accessible number 13, 15, 17, 18, 66 and C1 buses serve the route from the City Centre to Chapter.

Free parking is available in Chapter's car park. Free on street parking is available nearby, and paid parking is available at Harvey St and Gray St car parks, also close by.​ Chapter also has a Nextbike station.
